Making photocopies of your application and requirements as required by the Labor Office
Pre-evaluating your requirements
Sending your Contract Verification Application and Requirements to the Philippine Labor Office in Budapest, Hungary
Paying the Contract Verification fee in HUF
Claiming your Verified Contracts
Sending your Verified Contracts back to your specified address.

Our service fee is charged per person.

Requirements for Contract Verification:

Original Employment Contract signed by employer and employee, in English language
Copy of Passport, page 2 (Bio page) and page 3 (Signature page). Make sure signature page is signed.
Copy of Licna Karta za Strance/ID for foreigners (front and back of the ID). If there is no ID yet, copy of TR sticker in the passport + Radna Dozvola (Work Permit). Work permit should be translated to English.
Business Registration of the company / Extract from APR, translated to English. If the employee is working in a household, submit a copy of the employer’s passport.
